"You haven't been difficult since the day I met you," he says, amused. He strokes her cheeks with his thumbs. "I'll give you all the time you need."

She nuzzles their noses together, unable to resist the affection.

"I'm very happy right now," she tells him. "You know how to fill my heart with butterflies."

“I discover new abilities within myself every day,” he says. He kisses her again, swiftly.
