[It takes more than an hour for him to respond to this. He spends most of that time staring at the picture, being confused, figuring out what he's looking at, and concluding exactly, exactly who the fuck did this and why.

Then the rest of the time is spent trying to figure out what in the hell to say about it.]

My "caseworker" must have drawn that.
